Kellen Dorsch | Managing Partner
Kellen graduated from the University of Miami in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law.
In 2010, Kellen co-founded Accelerank, a dynamic online marketing agency that provides comprehensive digital marketing services to small and medium sized businesses. As Creative Director, Kellen maximized client returns through fully integrated search, social, email, and digital advertising campaigns. In 2016, Kellen sold his interest in Accelerank and returned to the Pittsburgh area to pursue his passion for yoga, family, and real estate development.
In 2017, Kellen earned a Construction Management specialization certificate from Columbia University. He is currently enrolled in an International Finance specialization through the University of Geneva.
At Kellaur, Kellen is responsible for managing various aspects of potential and ongoing commercial and residential projects. His responsibilities include:
- Performing risk-return analyses for commercial and residential development opportunities.
- Assembling project feasibility studies with coordinated efforts from architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
- Meeting with stakeholders to address the evolving social, economic, environmental, and political impact of development projects throughout EAC lifecycle.
- Prioritizing community enhancement programs under the directive of regional planning commissions, including the creation of parks, streetscapes, roadway improvements, and reforestation programs.
